This policy outlines how data is handled within the ApexSkills reseller program, defining the responsibilities of both ApexSkills and participating resellers.

2. Reseller Data

When you register as a reseller, we collect necessary account information, store settings, PAN, bank or UPI details for payouts, and detailed records of your sales and settlements. We use this data solely to manage your account, issue payouts, and ensure compliance with Indian tax regulations.

3. Customer Data

Customer personal data, including names, email addresses, and payment details, is collected and processed directly by ApexSkills through our payment processor.

As a reseller, you have access to order-level information in your dashboard. This includes the course purchased, the transaction amount, and the current order status. You do not have access to full customer payment details or personal contact information beyond what is required to track your store performance.

4. Data Responsibilities

Resellers must not attempt to collect customer data outside the ApexSkills platform infrastructure. Any customer data visible in the reseller dashboard is strictly for order management purposes. You must not use this information for independent marketing campaigns or share it with any third parties.
