Reseller Acceptable Use Policy
Effective August 17, 2026 · Version 2026.08 · Governing Law: Bengaluru, India
1. Purpose
This policy defines the acceptable rules of conduct for resellers operating a storefront on the ApexSkills platform. It ensures a consistent, fair, and honest experience for all customers.
2. Required Conduct
As a reseller, you are expected to operate your store honestly. This includes:
- Providing accurate store descriptions and clear representations of the courses offered.
- Setting honest pricing relative to the platform retail value.
- Being responsive to customer inquiries through designated platform channels.
- Maintaining the mandatory platform disclosure in your store footer at all times.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited:
- Making guaranteed income or earnings claims to potential customers.
- Representing your individual store as an official corporate ApexSkills outlet.
- Framing the reseller program as an investment opportunity, franchise, or multi-level marketing (MLM) scheme.
- Attempting to collect customer personal data outside the platform checkout process.
- Using fake reviews, testimonials, or fabricated success stories.
- Artificially inflating order volume or creating circular transactions for settlement farming.
- Selling, transferring, or attempting to lease your reseller account to another party.
- Using ApexSkills corporate trademarks, logos, or brand assets without explicit written permission.
- Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam) via email, SMS, or social media to promote your store.
- Pricing courses in a deliberately misleading way, such as showing false "original prices" to simulate massive discounts.
4. Enforcement
We actively monitor reseller storefronts for compliance. Violations of this policy may result in formal warnings, temporary store suspension, or permanent termination of your reseller account. Serious violations, including financial fraud or data misuse, will result in immediate termination without warning and forfeiture of any pending settlements.
5. Reporting
If you encounter a reseller store that you believe violates these guidelines, please report the store URL and details to support@apexskills.academy.
