Courses & Learning
How do I access course materials after enrollment?
Once enrolled, lifetime access is instantly granted in your Student Dashboard. You can stream modular lessons, download project files, and track your progress on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Are the courses pre-recorded or live?
Our core courses are structured pre-recorded video modules designed for self-paced learning, paired with practical quizzes and capstone project assignments.
What is the passing criteria for certification?
Students must complete all required lessons in a course and achieve at least 70% on all module assessments and the final evaluation.
Billing & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are available within 3 calendar days of purchase, provided course usage is 15% or less and no certificate or project has been submitted. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Are prices inclusive of taxes?
Yes, all displayed course prices are fully inclusive of applicable GST. Tax invoices are generated for every order.
Partner & Reseller Programs
What is the Affiliate Partner program?
Approved affiliate partners receive unique referral tracking links for courses. When a student enrolls through your link, you earn a commission of 20% to 30% based on your active weekly sales tier.
What is the Reseller program?
The Reseller license lets you launch your own branded storefront (yourusername.apexskills.in) and set custom retail prices on approved catalog courses. ApexSkills handles video hosting, quizzes, and certificate verification.
When are commissions and settlements paid out?
Commissions and reseller settlements are held for 7 days after order completion to account for the student refund window. Available balances can then be withdrawn via UPI or bank transfer.
