Affiliate Partner Code of Conduct
Strict rules governing promotion, advertising standards, and account standing.
Strictly Prohibited Promotional Practices
Any violation of the following prohibitions will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of pending commissions, and permanent ban from ApexSkills Academy:
- Making false, deceptive, or guaranteed income claims (e.g. "Earn ₹50,000/week guaranteed").
- Framing ApexSkills Academy as an investment, crypto, trading, MLM, or "get-rich-quick" scheme.
- Self-referrals (using your own referral link to purchase courses for yourself).
- Spamming unsolicited messages across WhatsApp, Telegram, email lists, or social media comments.
- Bidding on trademarked brand terms in Google/Meta Ads without written authorization.
- Cookie stuffing, bot traffic generation, or fake referral manipulation.
1. Referral Attribution
Commissions are paid solely on verified, eligible sales made directly to customers via your unique referral link. You do not earn from any sub-affiliate activity or subsequent referrals made by customers you originally referred.
2. Hold Periods & Reversals
All generated commissions remain in PENDING status for 7 calendar days to account for potential customer refund requests or chargebacks. If a customer refunds their purchase, the associated commission is automatically reversed.
3. KYC & Tax Compliance
Affiliates must provide valid Indian banking details (or UPI VPA) and PAN for tax documentation. Payouts are made strictly to the verified identity on file.
